Analysis: We'll show you every thing about the system, digging as deep as you want to go. Take your time. It's important to ensure a good fit for your operation.
Agreement: You choose the number of users you'll need and execute a contract.
Start-up Survey: We help you complete the Start-up Survey, enabling us to customize the system and forms.
Test Server: We train your staff in hands-on sessions. You load data and approve all customizations.
Production Server: When you are ready, we move the environment to a secure Production Server. At this point, you're ready to issue log-ins and start taking orders.
Timeframe
How long does all this take? If you're in a hurry, we can make it happen over night. If you're transitioning clients from an existing system, the typical timeframe is 30 days.
We go at your speed. However, your staff will find the system extremely intuitive and flexible.
As an extra bonus, you get to keep your account on the Test Server. It's a great place to train new staff and conduct demonstrations for prospective clients.
