BackChecked's Applicant Order Entry can be used in many different ways but you are always in control.
Trigger the process yourself or authorize select clients to do it. Customize the automatic email notifications, links to outside forms and instructions to fit each situation.
Assign a username and password to the Applicant or let the system do it. Customize the E-Signature wording they approve to complete the order.
Properly administered, these options establish identity and document consent. You even have the option of requiring the Applicant to pay with a credit card.
We also offer an applicant order entry option that requires no username and password. This is ideal for those situations where screening is integrated with your client's applicant tracking process.
